I have a W3V, and I installed the Omega Drivers on my system. They suggest that you use certain BIOS settings for better performance. I was wondering though, where are these settings exactly? When I enter the BIOS utility on startup I can't really find any of them. They say that the settings available depend on the motherboard you have. Am I in the wrong place or does the motherboard not have the settings that they suggest you have. I'm confused because I have never really worked with BIOS other than a couple times I changed some things due to problems I had on another system.

    Thanks for the help.

Its been awhile since I used the omegas, but from memory I think he is refering to the bios for the GPU. Thus you will probably have to search for a modded bios from someone, as there wont be one from ASUS that u can use...and I doubt you will find one from ATI either. Since you are asking about this its probably means that u shouldnt continue down this path, the omega's will work fine without any extra bios optomisations, and unless you know exactly what your doing you could render your lappie useless...is that really worth a possible extra frame per second in games???
Personally after years of upgrading gpu drivers and trying optimisation after another, I now stick with the stock drivers. Stability and reliablity are often overlooked as pointless, I now put the them top, while speed is way down the list for me.

Yea I thought this would be the case. I wasn't too fond of messing with my BIOS either, but I didn't know how easy/difficult it would be. Thanks for the input.
