    Do you mean, how do you access the BIOS?
    For most Asus machines, you have to press F2 when you see the bootup Asus splash screen. It could also be F1 or Del... but I think F2 is what it is for most of them.

    It turned out to be the F2 key, *without* the Fn key at the same time.
