I noticed that after defragging and getting rid of temporary internet files using disk cleanup, the number of fragmented files keeps rising when I analyze my drive. Is this because of the different internet sites I visit? Does that increase the number of fragmented files?

If it is the built-in defrag program, let us see the log.
