Considering these are the accessories, I would want to know EXACTLY what is included and what is not as well... Would suck to get it and have no battery or charger.

For those still interested, from the NewEgg warranty page:

What is the return policy for open box merchandise? Do open box items offer any additional return policy coverage?
Newegg.com offers a 15-day refund-only return policy for all open box merchandise. Remember if you purchase a Open Box product you will receive an OEM BAREBONE item, meaning you will only receive the item itself. Accessories are NOT INCLUDED with Open Box products, even if the missing accessory is required for the item to function properly.

That's the standard legal blanket statement for all Open-Box items on Newegg. I've never had any issues purchasing Open-Box items, including notebooks & videos cards, from Newegg. You'd be surprised how much you save just because someone returned something and Newegg charged them 15% restocking fee for a non-defective item...

    Cheers,
    Kermee

EDIT: When the ASUS notebooks (netbooks included) show up under Open Box... they usually last only for a few hours before they're all spoken for and OOS. They go VERY quick.

I jumped on this deal last week and felt a little sick after reading this.

Well, it came today and had ALL the stuff with it. It had the mouse, bag, accessories, papers, warranty card, etc. Everything looked brand new.

I'm really glad that newegg rep didn't know what they were talking about!
