I sure do love ASUS laptops :) I picked up a T9600 from ebay to replace my P7450 on my ASUS G50VT-X5, well i was SOL as it turned out to be DOA, which amusingly enough, its suppose to be "Tested" Against, i snooped around some more on ebay and picked up an P8800 for a heck of a price. Installation went super smooth. plucked the P7450 out, put in the P8800.. few screws later turned on and went right to windows no problems. used Direct Console 2.0 and click of a button got myself a shy under 3.0Ghz. I'm not adventurous to try something like SETFSB yet but i may, which leads me to my next question how far can the P8800 OC on stock voltage for any of you people who own em?

    Anyone interested in a P7450 :D

I think the highest you'll get on stock voltages/ram speeds is 3.1 or 3.2GHz.

Xazax - you might want to use Alt+PrintScreen, that will only take an image of the current window. That way you don't have to post a huge image with all that personal information showing (AIM buddy list, conversations, sticky notes, etc).

Alternatively you could use Windows Snipping Tool.
