Can anyone tell me if using a PCMCIA CARD TO IDE ADAPTER and a 2.5" Hard Drive to Boot Up Windows XP is feasible. My Laptop was purchase without a HD caddy (long story) and I want to be able to run an OS without the internal Hard Drive.

If it is feasible then I'll buy one on Ebay.

Has anyone tried this method ??????

    Thanks
