Hi all! first, thanks for your help!

I have just installed my vista x32.. in my drivers cd'd thats come with my note, there are not avaiable the vista driver, so i get it from the internet!

I get the last driver from Nvidia, ok, thats not install because thouse drivers dont support my vga.. ok, so i've tryed to get the extreme clocked and the laptopvideo2go, thet install ok, but i cant change the brightness, its very anoing..

so i've tryed to get the oficial drivers from Asus page, there exist a old one, from january 2007, and the last it seems like was releashed these days..
For my surprise, my maximum resolution is 1280x720 (my note is 1440xblahblah)
and i cant change the brightness too!
so i get the driver cleaner, but thats not changed anything!

Try the drivers here. http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=98906. If not, do a Windows Update and see if there is a graphics display driver from Microsoft.
Usually it will display as "Nvidia {Card name here} - WDDM. What is your graphic card? Afer updating the drivers you should be able to change to the native resolution.

For brightness, i presume that you can't change it via Fn+F5/6. Install Atk0100 for it to work. The Windows Mobility Center should have an applet option called "display brightness"; can adjust from there.

    hi, thanks for help!

I have formated my pc, its 100% empty now, i have installed a clean copy of windows vista business N, and the first drive i attempted to install was the vga that was given from Asus drivers page.. i have installed it, and reboot, but the max display i can get is 1280x????... i go in the display properties, and there show-me that the driver was released in january, and the driver i installed is newer than that... what can i do? i think i have a problem in vga...

in windows xp, my vga works perfect!
