I have tried to view PROPortable.com and even on pages which display a comment made by PROPortable I receive a message asking me to login, very much as if you were to log into their server. Anyone else receiving this message?

I just tried going to the website, and I got the same popup, trying to get me to log on. I don't know what's going on, Justin (from PROPortable) should address this soon...

It might just a coincidence, but the moment I tried to go the PROPortable website I got spam email about weight loss...

I think that is a coincidence Sam, but the login thing is really weird.
Perhaps their updating their server right now or something?

EDIT: Its also on all the pages here where Justin has posted....Thats incredibly annoying. I wonder whats up with their server...

Looks like their permissions are screwed up. It's a pretty simple fix if that's the problem.

I've been out in california most of the week and I've been away from my computer all weekend. I wasn't told about this from our guys until this morning.... We host our own site, not sure what happened, but it seems like someone (or something) f'd up permissions somehow... it'll be taken care of.

I think it was taken care of... someone went in and updated passwords on the servers late last night and forgot to update the password on the site, and therefore it was kicking back the popup and wanting you to authenticate... sorry guys..
