I have ASUS G51V-RXO5. I have 140 Gigs unused on my other partition. I want to make multiple partitions for games, music, system stuff, etc... What program would I use to make multiple partitions. My friend did this on his desktop PC, but that program isn't for laptops. I know I will need a complete system restart.

What partioning program is only for desktops?!
Anyway, depending on your OS, you can just use the Windows software to do it or you can go with something like Partition Magic. Why do you want to want to partition 140gb? Kind of a small. -
I don't remember the program for partitioning. I have Vista. I just want to make more space to install steam games. Right now I have 2 partitions, 149 Gigs, and 140 Gigs. The 140 Gigs is unused and just contains some system installer in there.

Here's a great article on partitioning in Vista.

I won't let me extend my C drive anymore for some reason. I even shrank the D drive.
-
I deleted D partition then expanded C. Try that and see. Back Ur stuff up..

Make sure that the D drive is on the right of the C drive. WDM can not extend a partition to the left. Also make sure that the left partition is labeled as "unallocated". If you still can't make it to work, there's always 3rd party partition managers that should give you what you want.
