What is the number Vista is giving everyone? I have a V2S and I'm only getting a 3.4. I would have hoped to get at least a 5.0 since I have 4gb ram and nVidia 256 8600 video card. Please just post your score and machine type. Thanks...

Windows Experience Index overall score is based on the lowest scored component of your system. So if your CPU is getting a 4.4 and your FX card is getting a 5.9 it wont pull an avg, your score will be 4.4. Try clicking on the "update score" link on WEI screen. This up'd my score on my G1S a bit.

Well it might be the bloatware. What exactly gives that score?

Also I hope you're talking Vista 32 and not 64.

    Most likely: Bad drivers.

I suggest fallback to Vista 32.
