Here's a pic of my new asus G1, so far its pretty sweet, Ive had it for a week now.Notebook itself looks awesome, by far the best looking notebook ive ever seen and I have seen them all.Comes with vista installed, all games I have run flawlessly Oblivion, Empire at war, Supreme Commander and Titan quest.I'm running oblivion at 1360 by 768 on high setting, getting about 28 FPS outdoors, about the same as my desktop 7800gt card, maybe just a little less. Not even a single lock up and everything runs smooth as butter with new lagtopvideo2go drivers. I'm not sure why people are having problems with vista, after you do the automatic updates everything works awesome.Speaking of awesome the screen is one of the best I have seen, I couldn't be any happier with it.I bought a small stand for it so i can use it in bed, so it runs nice and cool, about 78c after a few hours of oblivion which is cooler than my desktop.

The only drawback I have heard about this computer is the speakers, but having worked with the EQ I am happy with the sound as well, just have to fiddle with the settings to get rid of the echo sound.I would say they are above average for a notebook.Anways so far I would give it an A.

Thanks for the pic, Donovan36, and good to hear that you're satifistied with the G1. It's definitely a great machine for the money, but a little too pimped out for me... haha
