So I have theese 3 notebook coolers to choose from. Yeah there is no Zalman in Vietnam :p. So what do you guys suggest? I heard though that the normal Notepal type doesn't help much for the G50V(t). But oh well... Also the price is the same for all 3 type of fans (20$). So what do you guys suggest I should get? The number 1 looks the best though =)). And if it's true according to Geared2play.com and Delta_CT is actually using the Notepal, then maybe option 3 would actually be the best? Since it only for the upper part and raises the notebook + 2 fans? Please help me out would you guys :).

    Option 1.
(The following is translated from Vietnamese so don't laugh)
    # Material: Aluminium & Plastics
    # Measurements 365x290x54~70mm
    # Fan Measurements: 120x120x25mm
    # Fan Speed 750~ 1500rpm
    # Output 19~43CFM
    # Noise 17~ 21dbA
    # 10~15oC
    # USB 2.0
    # Weight : 730g.

    Option 2.
    Heres the wellknown Notepal

    Option 3.
And heres a not so wellknown but also sold in the US AFAIK

I'd lean towards Option 1, as it definitely looks like it gives airflow to the bottom left, which is where the GPU is. Don't know about Option 2, probably not. Option 3 is definitely out as it doesn't provide airflow anywhere near important components.

I was just looking at coolers myself, though I'm in the USA and might pick up a Zalman NC2000.

I'd say the 1st cooler master or the Notepal.

However the Zalman ZM-NC2000 is supposed to be the best 15.4" notebook cooler.

I'd also pick the first option between the three.

You might want to look at the NZXT CRYO cooler, the best laptop cooler I have owned by far, it looks like the notepal but you get 4 USB ports plus uses
3x120mm fans that push out a lot of cool air.

I would you know but I dont live in the US so it's not available here in Vietnam >.<. Theese Cooler Master just got available today so I thought might as well buy one now for the love of my dear beloved wifey xD. (Don't tell my girlfriend I call my laptop my wife or she'll leave me =)) ). So if no one objects here on NBR forum I'll pick up the CM X after work. Thanks guys! Really love the help I always get everytime I need it (David notably, since he always answered every topic I made ever since pre buying the G50Vt and also gave me the answers that made me buy the laptop XD)

I have the 17" model of the 2nd option and it works well, though it's a bit too wide for the laptop. the 1st one looks better, though.

You should go with X1 or even the Infinitive Hub. They're easily found in Vietnam. I'm looking at an Infinitive Hub for my coming G50Vt-X3, too.
Some private question, sorry if you don't like. Are you Vietnamese? I'm Vietnamese :D. Finding a G50 is so hard here (there's only one G50V model with 2GB of RAM, no Vt). I hope that Zalman will come here soon, then I will not have to stick with Coolermaster.

Haha... Yeah I am Vietnamese by biology. Oh god, don't buy G50 from the shop buy it from the internet alot cheaper, preferably 5giay.vn. Since they are importing from the US and right now you get a really cheap price too add. Yeah Asus aren't really popular here :p. And the G50 are hard to sell as hell so they keep it at a very cheap price ;). Oh you already am getting one, my bad wasn't reading carefully. Yeah you mean the P8600 G50V verison that cost 1.8k USD at Phong Vu? =)). I live in HCM btw, where do you live?

I bought the CM X yesterday :D. It actually lowers the temp 5-10C so it's good ^_^. Thanks everyone again for your opinions!

No, how do you thing I spend 1800USD for such a 2GB RAM lappy? I bought it in USA, my cousin are studying there. Maybe on the middle-late week of May, it will be here. Good to see a Vietnamese here :D. I live in HCM, and Phong Vu is the only shop where I bought computer. ASUS maybe not popular for people here, but for me, ASUS is best. Nice to meet you.
