Does anyone know where I can see a picture of the remote shipped with the W2j?

Also, I want to make sure the remote and the laptop communicate via the IR receiver on the laptop and not a separate plug-in type receiver like the Sony AR series uses.

    Found a remote picture.

It looks like the separate plug-in IR receiver is necessary for MCE.

I'm based in the UK and my W2J came shipped with a large remote but no small card slot remote as promised in the sales literature.
Having taken it up with the head of UK sales it turns out that the card sized remote shipped with the previous W2V doesn't fit in the new slightly smaller ExpressCard slot (though they did agree to send me one in any case).

Still, kind of annoying and misleading I think since the mini remote storage feature seemed like a great idea - so something of a backward step..!

The US models use Media Center Edition and those require a seperate usb reciever and Microsoft's own remote control...... at least the ir that's built into the W2's and the remote used in other countries without media center edition is not certified for use with MCE........ what comes with the w2 is basically this right here:

By the way - the New W2p is officially about 5-6 weeks out - with a bunch of updates including obviously the merom cpu update and a 256mb ati x1700 graphics card.....
