    Can someone tell me what model ASUS this actually is:

    ASUS X53E-RH52 15.6" Laptop with Intel i5-2430M with Turbo Boost, 6GB DDR3, 640GB HDD - Mocha - BJ's Wholesale Club

    I'm guessing that the model number is a BJ's specific model and that's why I'm having trouble finding any specific info on it. I suspect it's a K53 series but I would appreciate confirmation and possibly a link to the owners lounge here :)

    I was able to get this laptop for $479.99. I plan on using it for web surfing (12+ windows), Word and Excel, viewing/editing family photos and videos, and burning CD/DVD's. If anyone has any feedback on how this laptop will suit my needs or the overall quality of it I would appreciate it.

    It's pretty much the same as the K53E.

    Thanks. Is there an owners lounge sub forum for this series? I'm only finding info for the K53TA which appears to be a different animal.
