You don't have enough memory. I looked up that system and it only has 512MB. Your video card is integrated on the motherboard and this does not help. If you increase your RAM it should fix the problem. I'd go with 2GB if your system can handle it.

What game are you talking about World of Warcraft? WC3 TFT?

In any case, if you remember all the talk about BF2, everyone stating you need atleast 2GB of ram to play smoothly. I personally still play on 1GB of ram, but of course it will increase the smoothness of the game if I had 2GB.

How much ram do you have? and your friend? None the less upgrading your ram will definitely help.

Make sure your friends system is indeed identical to yours by running dxdiag on both systems to verify each hardware component. If they are identical then It's time to start looking at processes and see what's using up the resources. The system tray is a good place to start. Next compare installed software on both laptops. You should be able to resolve the problem if you follow these steps.

    If you mean the lagging,
First try task manager while in windows [outside the game], is there anything keeping the windows busy.
Defrag the drive that you have your game in.[This one is a very common problem]
Also go to the BIOS setup.See whether the hard-drive is in PIO mode or DMA mode.
