I have completed the order form for Window 7, but I seem to be having trouble sending my proof of purchase. This might not have been the smartest idea, but I used my BlackBerry email when I filled out the form, which I thought I could access online, but apparently not. I'm not sure if my email is invalid or if it's because I'm trying to send it with my phone, but I keep getting a response message saying "Undeliverable Mail. User mailbox exceeds allowed size: [email protected]." Maybe their mailbox really is full. I don't know. But if I need to change the contact email on my order is there a way to do that? Email is being sent to [email protected].

You'll have to keep trying to resubmit. Several people have gotten this because Mentor Media has gotten behind in clearing their email box (which just leads to more emails from customers asking what happened to their first emails, leading to an overloaded inbox, leading to bounced emails, leading to more customers emailing to ask why their emails bounce...).
