This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Possible to remove/replace/disable the GPU in V6J to get fan to turn off?

    Its very posible and i am open minded but i know for a fact the v6j have the same fan from release. What can explain the difference in the noise?
    1. Manufacturer defect (unlikely)
    2. Some kind of a soft issue you may have that forces the notebook to ful load thus making the fan speed at full speed (possible but only you can tell)
    I am sorry i am just satating my take on the fan here. i just dont feel that way. I may be a vendor here but some people here are users just like you. Dont take my word for it.
