This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Hey all,

    I spotted the following in the BIOS notes over on the ASUS website:

    solve the bug of the CPU speed full run issue

    Unfortunately it hasn't been released yet but I know a lot of people have posted on these forums concerning this problem so I wanted to keep you all informed that a possible solution could soon be available.

    It'll be release within a day or two, newer G50 BIOS will work for both G50V and G50Vt.
