Whenever I unplugged the AC adapter from the DC jack, and plugged it back in; the laptop froze. Anyone know why is this happen? Is this a hardware or software issue? I'm using Windows Vista. Thanks all.

I couldn't tell what kind of problem it is...

To test, you could try booting a Linux LiveCD (such as Knoppix, SLAX) and try the same thing. Then you'll be able to tell if it's hardware or some Vista issue / driver issue.
