Hello, I have an asus g73 that I picked up from best buy. When using, the power supply makes a very small and short buzz sound every few seconds.Could it be merely the trickle charge of the battery, because I have it plugged in with the battery fully charge, using it as a desktop. It's not a consistent sound either. I have a feeling that this is nothing to worry about, however I would like a second opinion.

For the record, it's an amazing laptop. Just a little concerned about this small buzz sound it makes

My 300w D900F power supply also did that, the buzz was actually consistent with cpu activity. Its nothing to worry about though, just a bit annoying.
