I've recently installed a clean copy of Vista Enterprise on my G1s and when I install power4gear it says it has installed correctly but doesnt show up anywhere.

Its not under the start menu and it doesnt show up when i right click on the power icon in the system tray. Anyone know how to get this to work or if it just doesnt work in vista enterprise? Do i need to install any of the other asus utilities first?

Does it require any of the other asus programs to function?

if you haven't installed the ACPI controller (it's called ATK0100 in XP), then you need to install that first, since Power4Gear uses that to read and adjust settings
