    hi,

I´ve got problems with the performance of my SSD when I use power4gear plans.

The performance if I set the "quit Office" plan is not as good as when I set the "high performance"plan.

HDtune write test shows me only 150mb/sec when I use "quiet office" instead of the 220 mb/sec when I use "high performance plan".

What I have to do in my windows settings to get the best performance of my ssd anyplan I use?

    thanks

I don't own an SSD but I'm assuming it shows up as a Hard Drive in 'Computer'. I'm also guessing if you right click the, go to Properties, Hardware tab, then selecting the SSD, clicking on Properties in the same tab, and then policies...is there anything you see there that looks like it would improve speeds?

All the preset plans sacrifice performance for efficiency (or vice versa) in some way.

Have you gone through the two plan settings to see what's different?

I would start with the "Link State Power Management" setting in the PCI Express group...
