... take the advice of the guy who quoted his cpu as a "P4 M" for the second day in a row even after being corrected.... Just so you know a Pentium4 mobile won't work on the motherboard of a z63a (which is what you have - again FAR from a w3v)......... but rather you have a Pentium Mobile..... HUGGGGGE difference. Just remember that so they don't keep poking fun at you.

Justin from ProPortable is always good for free "genius lessons."

I will drill this one in...You have a z63a, which has a P-M, not P-4M. It also does not have the x600 card, bluetooth (BT), and the brushed aluminum lid. The z63a is to the W3V what a toyota camry is to a lexus ES (no offense to owners of z63a, just trying to get thru to this guy). It has the same chassis, but less features and sells at a lower price.

Also to be noted is that the W3V comes with an ASUS GLOBAL WARRANTY, while the z63a comes with the reseller warranty.

In answer to the question about a good W3V price, $1650 is probably the best you will see from reputable dealers for at least a month or 2. They just recently lowered the price on it and Christmas is still a few months away.
