Hello! I have a Notebook Asus N61JV-X2 with Windows 8.1 Pro X64. I have a problem with NVIDIA GT 325m drivers (with this Nvidia Optimus technology and an Intel HD graphics card).

The drivers of of Intel download through Windows update. Then download drivers from NVIDIA from here (Asus Website Win 8.1 64 bit - generic-): ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download VGA .

Also from the official website NVIDIA and also from Asus official for Windows 7 64-bit (in compatibility mode). Those who installed do not recognize the video card NVIDIA.

Any know a solution for this?

    Thanks! :)

    Grettings

If you continue to have this problem, make sure to update your BIOS. Some ASUS models have this type of issue if the BIOS is out of date. Also, when installing new drivers, it doesn't hurt to try and start up with the battery removed so you are running on full power from AC. This way you know you are getting enough juice to get everything running during the installation.

If you do it right, you should be able to download Intel drivers and NVidia drivers from the manufacturer website as long as everything else is up to date.
