Problem Startin Crysis Warhead G50Vt-x1

Hi, have prolem startin crysis warhead with my g50vt-x1 (bestbuy)
When i try to start the game it says "Not Found: GL: 5626"

I can start crysis wars but not crysis warhead.

I down grade my driver to DOX 182.46 and still doesn't work.
I don't if it's window vista's problem? I got this laptop 4 days ago, and I believe
I only updated video driver so far, but the computer did do some auto updates while shutting down.

Help! I really want o play this game!

 

Are you using a cracked version of the game? The "Not Found: GL: 5626" usually occurs when the key is already in use.

 

Hi, I havent even enter my cd-key yet.

And I was able to instll crysis wars and play, but not warhead!

 

I am playing a legit copy of all three crysis games on the X5. Last i remember you entered a key during the install not after so I call pirate if im allowed to be that mean here.

Eitherway update to the latest patch out of the box crysis had issues for me i have some minor problems with changing resolutions in Warhead but outside of that it runs just great and the X1 is only different by a processor and a paint job (battery too).

 

I bought the game directly from EA, i was asked to enter the key before installin, but after i install, i wasnt able to start the game. Gl. 5626 error came up. So I borrowed my friends disk to install, but it didnt ask for CD key prior to installing, and still have the same error message.

 

Could be a DRM issue and if its anything like GTA4 a wipe is needed. GTA4 uses secuROM i forget but i think crysis uses the same? GTA4 is sensitive to a cpu swap and i had to wipe myne.

Not sure what went wrong with your installation but if you are comfortable backup anything and hit F9at the RoG logo, do not use the restore discs if you want a perfect restore.

Don't use your friends disc either even with the key it will differ from the download version where it wants the disc.

 

Yea, it runs SecuROM after installation, how do I wipe my game clean?
What could go wrong with secuROM? I tried uninstalling and reinstall from EA download it still does the same, I even turned off firewall while securom was running. ARghh

 

Heh plenty of things can go wrong with secuROM. I was over on the rockstar and crysis forums yesterday reading about the release date check failing.

I know when swapping a cpu on GTA4 you have to wipe the hard drive, a reinstall and deauth reauth wont work. I figure your problem may require this as well. I would talk to the people on the crysis forums tech support trolls the posts.
