    Problem with ASUS 3D SOUND

    when i first bought this notebook everything was ok
    but since then (i dont know when exactly this began)
    - I turn on the 3d sound on my asus w1b00na and right phones' speaker plays a half quieter than when i bought it.
    i tried other speakers, changed drivers, changed sound configurations(balance etc), reinstalled windows - problem still exists.
    can it be a hardware problem? is it possible to fix it?
