Ok, it was working before, but after i installed several softwares and games, the camera stopped working.

It gives an error message which goes like this

"There are no camera device to use. Please install one/plug device and click retry"

Also, I ran msconfig and disabled some startup apps.
    I disabled
    PowerforPhone
    RAID Event Monitor
    Symantec Security Technologies
    Chkmail.exe
    Nero AG INCD
    Nero AG NeroCheck
    Symantec Shared Components
    Adobe Acrobat

    wat gives?

You may have to re-install the drivers for Asus lifeframe which controls the webcam

Alright, I'll give it a shot,
also any idea where does SplitVcam come from?
it gives me that error msg when i try to shut down virtualcamera

**Alright I tried reinstalling the drivers, it doesn't seem to be the drivers problem as it can't even detect the webcam

Sorry to bring it alive again, but I get the same error when using virtual cam on my g2s, it seems to be independent of life frame, but i am still figuring out what its for
