    It's likely the hinge is not totally level, have you spoken with your reseller?

    Yes,it close but I saw that If you try to move the lid (screen) from the open position either back or front the movement is not stable so there are loose points and its get it stabilize at some point

    There is not much you can do unless you feel like stripping the machine down and checking/replacing the hinge.

    I guess you could put larger rubber "feet" on the lid so that it rests closed as much as it naturally does.

    My friend said that it is very difficult to replace the hinges of the screen because it has many small cables.Is he wrong?

    It will involve a fair teardown of the machine and is not a user friendly experience.
