I purchased my Asus N81vp about two months ago and promptly did a clean install of windows 7 Rc1. Every worked perfectly with the asus drivers installed from the provided cd-until about two weeks ago. I had been using the webcam regularly with Gchat/tokbox-but now it will not work at all. The default Asus application says that "the webcam is in use by another application". I don't believe I have anything running that would interfere with it. I changed my settings in flash to allow for more memory usage and security privileges-yet it won't work with any internet based webcam program.

So... I reinstalled the drivers: no success. I uninstalled the drivers and the webcam and installed fresh drivers from asus's website. No luck.

I believe that this is definitely a software problem...I don't really want to do a system restore right now as it will uninstall several applications that I can't reinstall right now. Any suggestions on what to do??
    Thanks.
