These are two programs starting automatically on startup:
    1) NvCplDaemon- rundll32.exe NvCpl.dll, NvStartup.
    2) NvMediaCenter- RunDLL32.exe NvMCTray.dll, NvTaskbarInit
Is it safe to disable them on startup?

I wouldn't. They are related to the NVIDIA driver.

By the looks of it, the second just activates the system tray icon. That one can be disabled from the driver settings which is safer.

I disabled both, and so far my computer is working fine. Thanks.
