I have recently set my Laptop Asus K53E to its factory settings, which eventually re-installed Windows 7 and made it the way it was when I first bought it.

Things changed as soon as I turned on my laptop again.

The processor reaches almost to its highest speed when I watch videos online and play games online, games being: 8 Ball Pool, on Miniclip.com.

I did these things regularly before I set my laptop to its factory settings. The processor didn't even reach to its half. I used to watch video and play game simultaneously, and still, processor was fine.

(Just for information, I bought my laptop last year, which technically makes it kind of new.)

(Further information, If anyone would like to know why I have set my laptop to its factory settings, was because of a virus. The virus is called ".exe or foldername.exe". What it does is that it duplicates the original folder and creates folders overall on hard disk. Maybe some of you have already heard about it.)

What seems to be the problem, and at last, how do I fix this?

Welcome to the forum, have you tried different power plans? From what I have learned here the standard windows balanced is a good choice.
Also verify - power options - edit settings - change advanced - Processor Power .. - System cooling.. - and set to active for battery & plugged in.

JOSEA's advice should be taken before mine here: make sure you do not have any additional malware that may be hiding itself as one or more background processes, constantly causing the CPU usage to peak. Boot into Safe Mode and see if you still encounter this if JOSEA's tips don't get you on the right track. :)
