    Proportable website problems

    i don't know how many of you have experienced this but some of you might find it useful. Proportable.com has been quite unresponsive ever since I stumbled upon it. I could only get the main page to load correctly and after that i found myself in a profusion of red x's and disfunctional links. But most importantly the "add to cart" button did not work for me at all. so after alot of struggle i finally thought of shutting down my firewall and voila it worked fine.
    Turns proportable.com is a .NET website which has its problems with alternate browsers like firefox (as i was informed by Justin) plus add on the javascript which my firewall decided to block without giving me any clue on what's happening, then you start to have problems

    SO the Point of this thread is this: If you are desperately trying to place your order this weekend to qualify for the rebates, and you can't get it to work like me, just shut down your firewall for a few seconds, make the purchase and fire it up again....

    i was using sygate personal firewall btw.

    I've heard a few days ago he mentioned they are trying to move to a new server...that might be the problem..

    Get on AIM and message proportable. He is on there often as well.
