Over the past two weeks, I have been trying to place an order on Proportable's website for a W5 series replacement keyboard, but always getting this error message: "BusinessException:COrder::SaveOrder Access is denied. " Does anyone know what's going on?Thanks.

Best to email or call them and ask. Justin has been irregularly logged on and off the past few months, not sure why.

This doesn't sound too good. I was kind of hoping to by my G1S from proportable but I'm wondering why he hasn't been around the forums lately.

I emailed them but no reply as of today. I had a short phone conversation with Justin last week, he said he's on vacation.

Does anybody know what's going on lately with Proportable? I have been trying to contact them thru both email and telephone regarding a sales order problem for the past three weeks but unsuccessful. I called and left a voice mail and no one call back as of today. I emailed both Justin and their sales manager, Sean, and they also didn't reply my email. They used be very qucik and good customer service. I am really wondering what's on recently?

The proportable website is working now. I successfully placed my order on 08/21/07. I just wonder how come Justin or Sean never replied back to me. They used to be very good?? -

I agree, I can't get in contact with Justin, though I used to be able to talk to him all the time. What is going on?
