Is there a way to see what speed the memory speed is at? I tried to use CPUZ and it reports DRAM feq is 399.0(400Mhz). Is it supposed to read half or is the speed really@400 and not the 800?

All ram speed is measured by inbound and outbound bandwidth. 400mhz in, 400mhz out. = 800mhz total bandwidth. This is why it reads as 400mhz in cpu-z.
