Hello, my ASUS Q200E has started acting up after the Windows 10 upgrade and now that I am past the 30 days I guess I can't go back to 8.1 without a total re-install. I would prefer to not do that so I am asking if anyone else is experiencing this or if anyone knows how to fix it? The entire screen isn't flashing it's the cursor scrolling across constantly. Just on the desktop alone the task bar will start flashing across from left to right. If I open Word I can't type or enter more than a couple keystrokes before something else pops open. Really frustrated and can't get anything done. Tried many of the turn off suggestions on the web to no avail. Any suggestions?
