    Hello,

I’m looking at purchasing a refurbished ASUS Q400A netbook for $500. My question is what audio/sound adapter is included with this unit? I assume it is on-board but does anyone know what brand and version is included?

    Thanks,
    SKK

I can't speak from experience on this model, but nearly all laptops are equipped with onboard Realtek chips. Occasionally you find some with VIA audio chips instead, but the Realtek ones are nearly ubiquitous.
