Since there seems to be a staggering lack of benchmarks test and reviews for this laptop (A few unboxings, nothing more) I figured I would create at least something as a reference for possible future owners, especially since the BSI7T21 is a newly introduced model. Keep in mind the only difference between the T07 and T21 that I know of is the latter has the windows 8.1 update and a new dual band wifi card. Other then that they are the same.
Overall while the i7 4500u ULV dual core processor lacks the strength of its full boar quad core brotheren, the one two punch with the 745m nvidia chipset easily offers some good gaming and totally beats out any intel HD only solution. I was even surprised at how well guild wars 2 played on it, models had to be kept low but I was able to bump texture, shaders, and details up to high at 1080p for 25-35fps framerates. So if you desire maximum cpu for video encoding or compiling then the quad core would suit you better, but if you are looking for web browsing, movies, and games, then this configuration should be up your ally.
All these benchmarks are on the 9.18.13.3523 drivers set. I did run a round of test on the oldest drivers on asus's website before installing the most recent WHQL drivers and there was an ever so slight drop in scores across the board with the new drivers.
So here is all the 3d mark scores I got from 9.18.13.3523.
3dMark Cloud Gate: 6330
3dMark Fire Strike: 1448
3dMark Ice Storm: 41905
3dMark 2011: 2388
3dMark Vantage: 7879
PcMark 8: 2556 (Done using original drivers from Asus, I did not retest for 9.18.13.3523)
