I was wondering if anyone can tell me if there are any design differences between the Asus G51Vx-X2A and the G51Vx-X1A. One qustion I have is do both of them have the blue lights and same "blue alien" design on the back of the screen? Also are both of them really glossy to the point of where they attract fingerprints all over the laptop, or is it not that bad?
I am talking about the ones sold on Newegg if it matters.

From all the pics I have seen, yes they look identical and yes they both have the logo in the center and lights on the sides. As far as fingerprints go I have read many complaints about how they do attract smudges bad.

    Hope that helps.

The only difference at all between them is the CPU.

So are the fingerprint smudges that bad at all?

The lid is very easy to keep clean. The hand rest and keyboard are a little more difficult but not too bad if you clean once in a while.
