I have a UX32VD-DH71 and I plan to get a SSD. Is it true that if I install W8 via USB drive (FAT32) it will install in UEFI mode and activate automatically? Also, if I use a W8 Pro/Enterprise ISO will it install the ''core'' version or I need a proper W8 "core'' ISO? Please help.

Yes, it will install in UEFI mode and the embedded key will automatically be referenced for installation, per OA 3.0. You should be able to use the Windows 8 Pro/Enterprise ISO with your Windows 8 basic key, as well; just as it was with Windows 7 (it's based off the license/product key rather than the installation media).
