I have just requested a repair order. my question is do they email you a shipping label or do you send it to fedex yourself? and how long does the repair process usually take?

you will get an email and fedex will come the next day to pick it up. You need your own box. Depends on your problem. If its not the G1S overheat problem they say its an average of 5 days. However, from my experience, with the G1S its been upwards of a month.
