Hi, I'm about to update the bios on my Asus UX32A. I got the bios file from Asus website and i know all the steps to updating the bios but I'm just wondering if I have to do anything to the file in advance or do I just put it on a USB-stick and get on with it?

I took a printscreen on the file and the properties of it:
