    Hi, i've got a question for the owners of the Asus M51sn. How is the noise from the fan? I want to buy this laptop and use in study rooms with other people, so it is important that my laptop is not making a lot of noise all the time.

    Can someone please tell me if this is a quiet laptop?

    according to the reviews its very quiet, as should be expected since it has upgraded heatsinks, and a cool running cpu & gpu.

    I've used an ASUS M51Sn recently and the fan is quite silent or not very noticeable.

    Hm, this is a totally different sound. Did you return your laptop Simone? Because other M51sn owners on this forum say it is a very quiet notebook. Let me know how you solved this matter.
