    Hi all,

I purchased my ASUS laptop 2 months ago. Now, I can not boot up the OS and get "hard disk error" message. So, I want to reques a RMA.

Unfortunately, I am in UK which get "horrible" in the thread http://forum.notebookreview.com/asus/487940-asus-rma-warranty-guide.html

And, I have a very small damage for unknown reasons on the LCD. In that thread, i read "Any physical damage is completely out of warranty." in Out of warranty e-mail notification.

I want to know if my laptop is under warranty. If necessary, I can upload the pic later.

    Thanks.

Warranty covers *functional* lcd problems with the screen, which result in the display not working properly.

Anything that could be the result of physical impact or damage, whether due to intentional, known or unknown causes, is NOT covered.
