I want to buy Asus G1 from France because in my country (Greece) it hasn't arrived yet and i can't find it online in UK with an international delivery.

    My question is:
If i order it in France online is there a possibility Vista to be in french language and generally software, bios etc?

Lastly keyboard may have french characters also?

    Geia sou deyil...

I would suggest you buy it from the US. Whatever you end up paying in VAT would be outweighed by the lower US prices. Have a look around the forum there are a lot of great US sellers that would be happy to sell to you and ship to Greece with experience in shipping to the EU.

I bought mine from the US shipped to Cyprus and I'm really happy with the whole experience.

Well it's better to check with your local post post office. But generally computers don't carry import tax, just VAT.

Preinstalled and on the recovery partition, certainly in French. That wouldn't be so bad, but your keyboard would also be in French layout - and I hate that, I don't know about you.

On installation disks, you probably get an English version as well - but you need to inquire. It might also be possible that you obtain a US-keyboard layout. Again, you need to inquire with the specific store.
