I just have some simple questions. I heard that the Eee PC's trackpad buttons are very stiff at first, but get less stiff over time. Also I heard that over time, the machine gets louder. Any comments on this?

I do not have an EEE but maybe this question is better asked on the EEE owner's lounge?

I have found them a bit stiff but yes, they do seem to be better over time.

As for louder, I can't say it is louder than when I got it.
