    How much does the Asus G1S-A1 weigh (varies with config, but approx.)? Also is the battery life above 2 hours?

    it weighs about 6.5 pounds if i remember correctly, and the battery life is 2-2.5 hours while not under load, if playing a game or something it lasts me about an hour or so

    So for word processing and browsing the web Im looking at around 2 hours of battery life?

    That is about what I get (2 hours) on my G1s.

    Most of the time it is about 2:15 -2:25 minutes on a light load.

    I got mine yesterday and charged up the battery. Watching a DVD movie, i was only able to get 1.5 hrs. 50% screen and 50% proccessor.
