This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Bought it - Hopefully I can get the free W7 upgrade. If not, I'll probably purchase the W7 Home Premium 64bit upgrade version.

    Still, any confirmation would be nice.

    Any one know before I do think that when i was looking at g50 refurbs on tiger direct they didn't mention a w7 upgrade.
