    Hey all,


    I'm currently looking into buying a speaker system to go with my G50VT-X5. What I would like to know is whether this sound card will work on it. The website's specifications portion says "ExpressCard (34 and 54 slots)"

    I'm hoping to buy a used card off of eBay to go with a 2.1 speaker system.

    I've check the spec for the G50VT series and noticed that it does have an ExpressCard 54 slot (which will acomodate 34 cards too since it is smaller). I see no reason why it should not work with proper software to control it. If you buy it from Amazon.com, you can return it if it does not work (minus the shipping fee).

    Yes it will work, but might wobble around without an adapter to physically go from expresscard 54 to 34.
