    R500vm-ms71?

    I recently bought the R500VM-MS71 from Microcenter So far I am loving it but I can't find any information anywhere about it...not even on the Asus site. Could it go by another name?

    I thought the same thing, but if you look at the list of manuals the R500vm-ms71 is not listed in any form.

    -ms71 refers to small details in the hardware configuration and nothing else, the manuals are valid for all R500vm flavors. The differences in the digits after the - refer to different HDD configurations, different lcd panels, different optical drives, wireless adapter. Usually, that's about it, in some rare cases there may be more, but normally, CPU, motherboard and video card will be the same across all R500VM models.

    Thank you Tijo, is it possiblr that Microcenter has an exclusive on there, I don't see them sold any place else.
