    Hi, I was wondering, how long does it take for Asus to update RMA statuses? They received my notebook for repair on Monday, 5/21. However, when I check my RMA status I keep getting "System can't find records of your inquiry". Thanks!

    relatively quick but their service centers suck (2 weeks)
